(NHRC) compensation of Rs 50-50 girls arrested over Facebook comment

NEW DELHI: Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray in 2012 after the death of the two girls had posted on the social networking website, which was taken into custody was calling them offensive. After which the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has directed the state government to post a comment on Facebook was arrested in 2012 both girls will be given compensation of Rs 50-50.

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) said in a statement released Wednesday by his two girls apprehend violators of freedom of expression which is given by the Constitution to every citizen. Chief Secretary to the Commission, Government of Maharashtra ordered to pay compensation of Rs 50-50 girls, and within four weeks the entire case report with evidence of compensation is sought. The commission also said the state government has warned that if the order has not been considered, the Human Rights Protection Act, 1993 under Section 13 will be processed.
 
The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) after an investigation found that the two girls on Facebook comments did nothing wrong and neither reflects the intent of hurting someone's feelings. The commission said that the arrest was illegal and the police step in haste.The commission then both the girls compensated by the government, why was not connected to the question asked.
