NEW DELHI: Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray in 2012 after the death of the two girls had posted on the social networking website, which was taken into custody was calling them offensive. The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) said in a statement released Wednesday by his two girls apprehend violators of freedom of expression which is given by the Constitution to every citizen.
