The first case of Country : IAS couple dismissed





Bhopal: The central government suspended Madhya Pradesh cadre IAS officer Arvind Joshi and Tinu Joshi couple dismissed from government service. Arvind and Tinu Joshi, who never would have thought that studying together, as well as selected public service, as well as married to each other and some of black money and now the retirement first along with the public dismissal stigma go away!
The IAS couple's official residence was raided by the Income Tax Department in February 2010 and nearly three crore in cash seized in the raid. He nearly Rs 350 crore in the raid as well as documents of the property was also revealed, which was more than his known sources of income. In this case, the Joshi couple booked under various sections of Prevention of Corruption Act were made. Arvind Joshi and Tinu Joshi, the then state government was suspended in February 2010 and since then they both were in suspension.
According to official sources, the order of dismissal of two IAS officers on Monday evening Tinu Joshi have been placed in their home. Now the couple are the only two choices left. For one, they request the President of India for his return or if they petitioned the court against the order of their Berkhastpgi. Perhaps this is the first case in the country, when a couple IAS officers have been sacked. Madhya Pradesh government's recommendation to dismiss the two officers were sent to the Union Ministry of Personnel and Training, the Central Government while accepting the IAS The couple have Berkhastth from government service.
